When there is a problem with the axis core of the CNC automatic bending machine, it should be inspected and handled from the following aspects:

1、 Firstly, turn off the power, restart, and start normally. When returning to zero, an alarm will appear. In most cases, the rotor is stuck, and once the cause of the jam is identified, the problem can be resolved;

2、 If no display is visible on the drive, it indicates a machine power failure and drive failure. If the drive fails without any display, it indicates a malfunction in the power supply of the CNC automatic bending machine drive. At this time, the drive should be removed and sent to the manufacturer for repair;

3、 Check if there are any alarm codes on the drive, and then analyze the cause of the fault based on the corresponding alarm codes.
